Embrace your health at IU Health’s upcoming health fair - a community event focused on wellness,
prevention and healthy living.
Take advantage of resources from IU Health and community organizations committed to building
healthier communities.
• Free health screenings and blood pressure checks
• Live fitness and nutrition demonstrations
• Raffle prizes and more – a free $15 Amazon gift card will be given to the first 50 attendees.
(Must be at least 18 years old to receive gift card)
The newly launched IU Health mobile lung screening program will be onsite offering free lung
cancer screenings to eligible Hoosiers.
There is no registration for the event, parking is free and the building is accessible to public
transportation.
