🎉 2025 Fiesta Celebration – Event Description Friends of Down Syndrome invites you to our 2025 Fiesta Celebration, a vibrant community event full of food, games, music, and fun—all in support of adults with Down syndrome. Mark your calendars and bring your family and friends for an evening you won’t want to miss! 📅 Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025 🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 📍 Location: Resurrection MCC, 2025 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008 🌮 What to Expect Our Fiesta Celebration is a night designed for the whole family to enjoy! Each ticket includes a delicious Mexican dinner and a Lotería card, giving you the chance to take part in this traditional Mexican bingo-style game. Guests will also enjoy lively music, a festive atmosphere, raffle prizes, and plenty of community connection. This event is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of culture, inclusion, and togetherness. With plenty of room, convenient on-site parking, and a casual, welcoming environment, it’s the perfect evening out for families, friends, and supporters of all ages. 🎟️ Tickets Each ticket includes one dinner plate and one Lotería card. Additional raffle tickets and Lotería cards will be available for purchase during the event. Proceeds directly benefit Friends of Down Syndrome and the Down Syndrome Academy, helping us provide educational, social, and wellness programs for adults with Down syndrome. 🙌 Volunteer Opportunities Families who purchase tickets will also give their participant a chance to shine! In the weeks leading up to the event, our team will be working with participants on serving and hospitality skills, so they can proudly volunteer during the celebration.
