Panda Express, the nation’s largest family-owned Asian dining concept, is turning up the heat this summer with the return of Hot Orange Chicken and a special fundraiser benefiting the Houston community.
Panda Express is proud to support the Houston community with a special two-day fundraiser benefiting the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association Charitable Foundation on Wednesday, July 16 and Wednesday, July 23. Guests who dine at Houston Panda Express locations will have the opportunity to give back, with 20% of pre-tax sales from qualifying orders donated to support the efforts of the nearly 4,000 men and women who provide fire and emergency medical services to the greater Houston area.* A list of participating Houston-area Panda Express locations can be found in the image below.
Orders can be placed in person, online at PandaExpress.com, or via the Panda Express app using code 3841900. In-store guests can also show the fundraiser flyer (digital or printed) or simply mention “Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association Charitable Foundation” at checkout.
As a bonus, Panda Express will also host a series of special events at the Stafford Panda Express located at 11127 W Airport Blvd. on July 16 and the Houston Panda Express at 1250 Gulfgate Center Mall on July 23. Starting at 9:00 a.m. on each respective event date, guests who purchase Hot Orange Chicken will receive a Buy One, Get One Free Panda Bowl voucher, valid for use after their visit.** From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., guests can also enjoy Panda Express merchandise giveaways, music, photo opportunities with mascot Pei Pei, and more!
This fundraiser also celebrates the return of Hot Orange Chicken, available at Panda Express restaurants nationwide beginning Wednesday, July 9 while supplies last. The limited-time dish is a spicy twist on the iconic Original Orange Chicken with bold heat coming from crushed and dried chilis—perfect for fans who crave a spicy, flavorful meal.
