We cannot have a powerful spiritual practice unless we have faith and conviction in the techniques we use. Faith is an essential component of spiritual practice. Through our faith and spiritual practice, we will find peace and meaning in our life. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
