We have a practical Buddhist course designed to help individuals effectively manage stress and cultivate inner peace through the practice of meditation. This course offers a gentle introduction to meditation, providing beginners with step-by-step guidance on various techniques. Learn to quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a sense of calm in daily life. We will emphasize practical applications of meditation for stress relief, empowering participants to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and serenity. If you have any questions please email: [email protected] Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets. We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
