Fire and Wind: the Movement of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the person of God who is active in our world and in our lives. Often presented in Scripture as either fire or wind, the Holy Spirit is the movement of God. We invite you to join us at Faith Methodist Church for a new sermon series beginning September 8 as we learn how the Holy Spirit will lead, guide, comfort, strengthen, and speak to us in a new way. We will also offer small groups to discuss the weekly sermon along with a study guide written by our Director of Discipleship, Linda O’Donnell. Linda is well known for asking thought-provoking questions that elicit great conversations amongst both youth and adults. Her wisdom and unique approach to Scripture shines through in this study. If you would like to join a small group, please email [email protected]. Our traditional Sunday worship service begins at 9:00 am in the Chapel. Our contemporary worship service begins at 11:00 am in the Worship Center. Our Sunday School for adults, youth, and children is held at 10:00 am. There is a place for you at Faith!
