Clinical Somatics exercises are slow, gentle, therapeutic, and relaxing. They are practiced lying on the floor on a carpet or exercise mat. Students are encouraged to take the learning process at their own pace and not feel rushed. Students should work within their comfort zone and only do exercises they are comfortable with. Sarah is available by email throughout the course if students have questions about the exercises.
