- Option 1-We talk about the challenges you are experiencing today and look at techniques you can use to help RELEASE your pain.
- Option 2-We go FULL THROTTLE! Not only do we discuss your current challenges, but we begin the process of identifying those disconnected PARTS that are stuck in your past...and together we begin the process of HEALING. With this option, you also get customized MEDITATION MUSIC where I use Reiki to infuse with a UNIQUE POSITIVE INTENTION to help facilitate balance and healing!
