- Cryotherapy treatments: inside a cryotherapy tank, liquid nitrogen is used to create temperatures that reach as low as -250ºF. The extreme cold helps to produce therapeutic benefits such as pain relief and increased mobility as well as body cryotherapy reduces inflammation and increases metabolism.
- Average length of session: 2–3 minutes
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: During the sessions, oxygen is delivered to tissues at greater than atmospheric pressure, aiming to promote healing of the damaged areas.
- Cold compression therapy, also known as hilotherapy, is an injury treatment technique commonly found in orthopedic centers and sports medicine treatments. The method combines compression with low temperatures (both of which can combat swelling and inflammation), sometimes also accompanied by elevation of the treated limb.
