- Most of the center’s fitness classes focus on Krav Maga, the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. The system emphasizes instinctive movements and the ability to defend against chokes, grabs, and armed attackers. Complimentary fitness classes range from CrossFit sessions to kettlebell-centric workouts.
