The patient will have two choices to move forward with the dental cleaning portion when/if a more thorough cleaning has been diagnosed.
- Choice One: The patient can choose to use the basic cleaning at another time, and then move forward with a more thorough cleaning treatment at additional cost. (deep cleaning, SRP)
- Choice Two: The patient may choose to have a basic cleaning only after a disclaimer is signed that indicates additional diagnosed treatments have been declined.
