You’ll discuss the benefits of steaming with A certified Herbal Steam Practioner who will determine the mix of herbs used and tailored to your specific needs or you can choose our house blend, simply used to relax and rejuvenate.
Then you’ll be shown to the steam room, where you’ll undress, and put on a cloak that drapes to the floor or a waist cloak for men. You will then sit upon the steam throne for twenty minutes.
