“Let’s work together to get educated and end the stigma about Service Dogs!”
There is a lot of inadequate information about service dogs out in the world. This misinformation makes it difficult for people that rely on Service Dogs to complete daily tasks. When children aren't educated about Service Dog etiquette, it distracts their dog and it can cause life threatening injuries to their handler. At the same time, if businesses aren't educated on how to handle difficult situations and know in detail their rights it causes disruption and confusion. After my presentation your students and employees will have specific knowledge that enhances the lives of everyone with a Service Dog. With this education it will help end the stigma and misinformation about service dogs.
