Wai Kai Halloween Fun Event
Get ready for a night of spook-tacular fun! Little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and all costumed keiki are invited to celebrate Halloween at Wai Kai at Hoakalei Resort on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 8 p.m. This family-friendly event promises plenty of thrills, including trick-or-treating, a frightfully fun costume contest, and bewitching activities for all ages.
Activities will include:
Trick-or-Treating, property wide – this is free to all guests
Wai Kai Ono Grindz & Makeke Farmers Market, Event Lawn – stroll through a ghoulishly delightful array of more than 30 vendors, offering fresh island produce, handcrafted goods, and devilishly delicious food truck bites—many with a spooky twist!
Halloween Costume Contest, Wave Deck – with three divisions, Family (pets included), Infant to 10 years old, and 11 to 18 years old, there’s a chance for everyone to show off their best Halloween looks. Each division will be limited to 20 entrants, with sign-ups starting at 4 p.m. and the contest taking place at 7 p.m. Winners will receive gift certificates for Wai Kai experiences, making it a Halloween to remember.
DIY Trick-or-Treat Totes, Surfside Lawn – for just $5, guests can decorate their own totes when collecting tote to use while collecting candy throughout the evening. All materials are included in the price.
Halloween Concoctions Menu, The LookOut Food & Drink – offered from Oct. 14-31, the menu features a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as the Syringe Shot, Zombie Brains Slush and Trick-or-Treat Punch Bowl.
