SERA Presents: A Thanksgiving Feast by Chef Jeremy Shigekane
This Thanksgiving, you can enjoy a feast that feels like home to without lifting a finger, made by Chef Jeremy Shigekane at SERA. Come together for a meal that brings together coastal flavors and local harvests, while blending the traditional comforts of a warm holiday meal with the vibrant flavors of Hawai‘i. The buffet includes herb-roasted turkey with hibiscus cranberry chutney, quinoa and wild rice with celery, apple and toasted macadamia nuts, along with pumpkin tartelette with chocolate and haupia cream and more.
The menu is offered for for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity and the restaurant offers three-hour complimentary valet and self-parking.
