Raising Cane's “Stuff Da Bus” School Supply Drive


Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, known for its ONE LOVE – quality chicken finger meals, is proud to partner for a third year with the Aloha United Way Society of Young Leaders, 102.7 Da Bomb and HI93.1 for the Raising Cane’s “Stuff Da Bus Back to School Drive and Celebration” on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its Pearl City location at 1240 Kuala Street, Pearl City, HI 96782. “Hawaii’s keiki shouldn’t have to worry about not having school supplies and we’re making it super easy for the community to help make that a reality,” says Ali Urbick, Marketing Leader. “Along with our partners at 102.7 Da Bomb, HI93.1, and Aloha United Way, we’re asking the community to contribute by dining at Pearl City Raising Cane’s on Saturday July 26th and Raising Cane’s will donate 15% of the day’s food sales to purchase school supplies for Oahu keiki!” The goal of Stuff Da Bus event is to gather enough school supplies and donations from food sales to fill a 40-foot by 7.5-foot-wide Roberts Hawaii School Bus, with an interior space of 300 square feet, with enough school supplies to take care of the back-to-school needs for 250+ keiki on Oahu who are facing the challenges of not being able to afford school supplies for the upcoming school year. Robert’s Hawaii is providing one of its electric buses as part of the company’s initiative to reduce carbon emissions for the next generation. The public is encouraged to bring new school supplies, the bigger the better, to the Raising Cane’s in Pearl City between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and help DJ Steezy from HI93 to Stuff Da Bus. The Top 20 Needed School Supplies in Hawaii: (1) Backpacks; (2) Calculators; (3) Crayons: (4) Colored Markers; (5) Colored Pencils; (6) Ear Buds; (7) Erasers; (8) Folders; (9) Glue; (10) Glue Sticks; (11) Pencils; (12) Pencil Kits; (13) Pens; (14) Rulers; (15) Scissors; (16) Sharpies; (17) Folder Paper*; (18) Three-Ring Binder; (19) Composition Books*; (20) Notebooks. (*Denotes Wide & College Ruled). The easiest way the public can give back is by simply grabbing a meal at Raising Cane’s in Pearl City on Saturday July 26th! Raising Cane’s will donate 15% of net food sales during the entire day to Aloha United Way Society of Young Leaders. There will be a prize wheel for all to spin with a chance to win Cane’s and radio station promotion items and gift cards.
