New Year’s Eve Rooftop Rendezvous
Make your New Year’s Eve extra special by enjoying a New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner at the Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort & Spa’s Pā‘ina Terrace on Queensbreak Rooftop. Dine alongside live music and entertainment from LJ Wells & Friends.
Afterward, dance your way into the new year with music by DJ Wizzard, playing from 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Make this rooftop rendezvous even more special by reserving one of the private fire pits to enjoy two bottles of house champagne and food & drink specials with up to five other guests.
Talented Waikīkī Beach Marriott chefs will prepare special buffet dishes featuring local flavors and traditional favorites:
Chef Miles’ festive salads: such as a Sumida Farm watercress salad with Sweet Land Farm goat cheese, ripe Kamuela tomatoes and spiced macadamia nuts.
Seasonal soup: A holiday chowder with delicious Kahuku corn and kiawe-smoked bacon, Yukon gold potatoes, Maui onions, cream and thyme.
Chef Nuno’s Island flavors: Grilled Island fish topped with blistered tomato, lomi lomi pineapple relish and citrus butter sauce, or roasted calamansi herb chicken.
Chef Dion’s carving creations: Salt-crusted prime rib and sugar-cane brined and slow-roasted turkey.
Desserts: Tasty pineapple bread pudding, liliko‘i gateau, chocolate macadamia nut pie and guava chiffon cake.
Book your reservation at OpenTable. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability. For added convenience, validated four-hour self-parking is included with the purchase of the buffet dinner or a private fire pit. Otherwise, guests can take advantage of validated self-parking at the resort if they spend a minimum of $75 at Queensbreak Restaurant.
