Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner with Santa
Celebrate the night before Christmas with the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner with Santa at the Pā‘ina Terrace on Queensbreak Rooftop. Featuring a generous appearance from Santa Claus from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and live music by Brandon Tatupu.
The holiday-themed buffet will feature local flavors and traditional favorites.
Chef Miles’ festive salads: Such as a Sumida Farm watercress salad with Sweet Land Farm goat cheese, spiced macadamia nuts and Kamuela tomatoes.
Seasonal soup: A delicious Kahuku corn and kiawe-smoked bacon chowder with Yukon gold potatoes, Maui onions, thyme and cream.
Chef Nuno’s Island flavors: Enjoy the grilled island fish with blistered tomato, a lomi lomi pineapple relish and citrus butter sauce, or choose the roasted calamansi herb chicken.
Chef Dion’s carving creations: Choose between an old-time Hawaiian salt-crusted prime rib or sugar-cane brined and slow-roasted turkey.
Sweet endings: Offerings include a tasty pineapple bread pudding, liliko‘i gateau, chocolate macadamia nut pie and guava chiffon cake.

For added convenience, guests can take advantage of four hours of validated self-parking at the resort or $25 for valet parking.
