Cirque du Soleil 'Auana Open Casting Call for Hula Dancers
An open casting call will be held on Monday, March 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 'Auana Theater located inside the OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Beachcomber Hotel. Cirque du Soleil is looking for skilled hula dancers proficient in both hula kahiko and hula ‘auana styles. Dancers must be 18 years or older and local to O‘ahu, with valid U.S. citizenship or Green Card. Ideal candidates must be available for on-call contracts with nightly availability Wednesday through Sunday.
Dancers are not expected to prepare their own choreography and should wear minimal makeup to best showcase their natural expressions. While attendance is free, dancers are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.
