Classes will encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. We will also work on flexibility, and on the improvement of the muscle movement around a range of motion, which is essential to proper recovery, greatly reducing soreness, and improving overall health.
