This Thanksgiving, let us take care of the cooking. Gather with family and friends at Waikīkī Beach Marriott’s Kuhio Beach Grill to enjoy a tasty buffet-style meal featuring holiday favorites with local flavors. Choose from a delectable array of dishes crafted by our talented chefs.
-Seasonal salads: Start with Chef Miles’ harvest salad made with local Sansei romaine lettuce, arugula, and spinach, and topped with green apples, Kabocha pumpkin, Hamakua macadamia nuts, and dried cranberries.
-‘Ono mains: For the main course, try Chef Dion’s Chinese-spiced li hing mui and Kiawe smoked ham covered in Tolentino honey and a Koloa rum glaze. Or, try Chef Nuno’s sugar cane brined and slow-roasted turkey smothered with Hamakua mushroom gravy.
-Local-style sides: Your Thanksgiving meal wouldn’t be complete without Maui onion and herb stuffing featuring Hawaiian sweet bread, or glazed Kula baby carrots coated with Dole pineapple juice and thyme brown butter.
-Sweet endings: End your meal with a sweet treat like a pumpkin spice pie topped with mac nut streusel, pomegranate and vanilla whipped cream.
