WHEN: Tuesday, December 31 from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.
WHERE: International Market Place, Grand Lānai, Level 3.
COST: Access to the Grand Lānai is free and open to the public. No tickets are necessary. Restaurant reservations are highly recommended.
