Valentine's Day Dinner at Hideout Waikiki
On February 14, Hideout at The Laylow will offer a set course for $85 that includes:
AMUSE
- Panna Cotta with smoked buttermilk, caviar and pickled onion
FIRST COURSE with choice of:
- Opakapaka Sashimi Crispy Rice with pomegranate ponzu and tobiko
- Grilled Endive Salad Manchego with tempura shallot and miso vinaigrette
- Chwanmushi Braised Chicken with Hamakua mushrooms, soy glaze and truffle
SECOND COURSE with choice of:
- Mahi Mahi Tomato Chili Butter with garlic rice, baby bok choy and fried capers
- NY Stripsteak with Okinawan sweet potato puree served with charred pepper relish and sake béarnaise
- Roasted Vegetable Risotto with Grana Padano Parmesan, truffle and fried garlic
DESSERT with choice of:
