-prefer dancing in sweatpants/pyjamas/comfy clothes
-used to dance and miss it!
-want to go out more but feel like there is no where good to go
-are tired, overwhelmed and don't get a chance to be 'in your body' very much
-want to feel connected to yourself again
-are with kids, animals, computers or people you don't relate to all day
-don't get the chance in interact socially with adults you like
-haven't found your 'people' on the island yet
-spend most of your time doing stuff for other people
-are dealing with 'life' and just want somewhere fun to go to shake it off
