La Dolce Vita Series: The Art of Pasta
Join our Culinary Director, Chef John Taube IV, in this multi-course cooking class and tasting with Italian wine pairings. Over the course of the evening, you'll learn to prepare 3 different types of pasta, each from a different region of Italy.
After making the pasta, we’ll enjoy sparkling wine on the lanai of our our 2nd floor ocean view private dining event space during sunset while Chef prepares the meal. We will then enjoy a 3-course family style menu with wine pairings.
