Each dish will be carefully crafted to honor the traditions of the food from Chef Rob’s ancestral home.
The brunch menu includes shrimp, pork, and vegetable lumpia, pancit canton, lechon (crispy roasted pork belly) with Bicol Express sauce, steamed jasmine rice, and ube bibingka à la mode with mango purée.
