Each person will make their own gnocchi at individual stations. In addition, we will learn some of Chef Andrea’s favorite gnocchi dishes which we’ll come together to enjoy as a four-course dinner. The class will include a four-course dinner: canapé starter, an appetizer, the two gnocchi dishes demonstrated in the class, and a panna cotta dessert. Take home the gnocchi you made in class.
