Begin with a refined appetizer featuring blinis topped with caviar, tobiko, or salmon roe, then sit down to a savory crêpe dinner filled with salmon, ricotta, and parmesan - made with the crêpes you create in class.
You’ll take home multiple homemade crêpes to continue your exploration of how versatile the crêpe can be - sweet or savory with endless possibilities.
