I scream, you scream, we all scream for SCIENCE! It's time once again to make everyone's favorite treat, Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream! Liquid nitrogen boils at -320°F allowing us to freeze ice cream in a matter of minutes so you can observe the entire process and sample the delicious product.
