06/29/2025 04:00 PM 06/29/2025 08:00 PM America/Adak Seisuke Knife Festival The event will feature live forging demonstrations by Master Craftsmen Yu Kurosaki, Yoshimi Kato and Takumi Ikeda, alongside sushi demonstrations showcasing traditional techniques by Chefs Angie Lee an alum of Sushi Sho and of Tsuki Maki, and Yoshiki Hatano of Sushi Tonari. Entertainment includes live music by Liam Moleta and kahiko hula performances by the Hawaiʻi Hula Company. Admission includes dishes from participating restaurants, access to live demonstrations, limited-edition knives available for purchase, and entry into a giveaway.
