Meet and Greet Signing Event with Carissa Moore
CocoNene, the renowned local brand, is set to inaugurate its latest flagship store at the International Market Place on Oahu, marking a significant resurgence for the brand after the unfortunate loss of their previous flagship store in the August 2023 Lahaina wildfires. To commemorate this noteworthy milestone, CocoNene will commence its grand opening week celebration on January 8th through January14th. As a gesture of gratitude, during their grand opening week, customers will receive a complimentary gift with any purchase.
The grand opening celebration will culminate in a special meet-and-greet signing event on Friday, January 12th from 5 pm to 7 pm with Carissa Moore, the renowned 5-time WSL Women’s World Tour Champion and Olympic gold medalist surfer, who also serves as CocoNene's brand ambassador.
The autograph signing event will include a limited quantity of exclusive Moore Aloha x CocoNene surf posters, available for $10. All proceeds from the poster will support the non-profit Moore Aloha Charitable Foundation, an organization founded by Moore to empower and inspire young women through surfing and mentorship opportunities.
Moore expressed her vision for the partnership, stating, "I aim to create something that sparks joy and encourages living the Moore Aloha way. CocoNene shares this vision and excels in crafting Hawaiian-made products that serve as a daily reminder to live fearlessly, embrace your authenticity and lead with love."
