Free Video Game Music Concert Celebrating Ten Years
Join the Hitbox Music Ensemble as they celebrate their Tenth Anniversary of playing live video game music! What started as a passion project of founder, director, and arranger Chris Suzuki having experienced performing video game music live with the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra and O‘ahu Choral Society has now transformed into a community of passionate musicians playing video game music for fans of video games and popular culture. The group performs regularly at Comic Con Honolulu and Kawaii Kon and has performed at various unique community venues around O‘ahu. This concert will feature a culmination of retro and recent music pieces from video games. Come experience nostalgia and learn what makes video game music popular and beloved amongst new generations of gaming and music fans alike.
