The special lot selection events will take place on the first two weekends in May, starting at 9:00 A.M. The leasing program requires a $10,000 refundable deposit per acre (prorated), with a monthly rent of $600 per acre for a five-year lease term. The land, centrally located ¼ mile from the Dole Plantation Visitor Center, offers breathtaking views of North Shore Beaches and Haleiwa Town. Positioned at a 1000-foot elevation with ample sunlight, fertile soil, and water, the land is zoned for agricultural use only.
