This year, the program is adding Middletown to its list of cities served. Taking place weekly, the classes are free and open to everyone, regardless of age or ability level. We recommend bringing a water bottle and yoga mat, towel, or blanket to class. Bilingual classes are available in Hartford, New Haven, New London, and Waterbury.
