The Healing Power of Meditation, Sat, June 22, 10am at Odiyana Buddhist Center. Special Guest Teacher, Kadam Morten, Eastern National Spiritual Director, will explain and guide meditations through which we will discover a natural source of inner peace, happiness, and healing. With training, our mind becomes an inner refuge that allows us to let go of fears and emotional pain. Everyone welcome; no meditation experience necessary.
