Through keynote insights and interactive workshops, participants will discover how everyday choices—from movement and nutrition to sleep, stress management, sensory health, and social connection—can strengthen the brain and support long-term well-being. KEYNOTE PRESENTATION: Reducing Risk to Optimize Brain Health Gabriele DeLuca, MD, PhD: Professor of Clinical Neurology and Experimental Neuropathology at the University of Oxford and Honorary Consultant Neurologist. A globally recognized leader in multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative disease research, Dr. DeLuca directs the Oxford-Quinnipiac-Trinity partnership advancing neuro-rehabilitation and restorative neuroscience. Lee Goldstein, MD, PhD: Physician-scientist at Boston University’s Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine whose pioneering research focuses on neurodegenerative disease and traumatic brain injury. His groundbreaking work has advanced understanding of CTE and early detection of Alzheimer’s disease.
