    ● CALLER: BILLY FISCHER, Billy has been calling dances for over thirty years, starting out in New Haven, Connecticut with the contra dance series that has been a fixture of the folk music and dance scene since 1976. In addition to contra dances in and around the northeast, he has called at various dance camps regionally and nationally. Billy is highly regarded dance caller who you should not miss!

    ● LIVE MUSIC: "WRY BRED": They have been energizing dance floors in the northeast with good music and good humor since 2009. Wry Bred perfectly blends the usual array of instruments with the added flute and saxophone, creating beautiful and harmonious danceable music! With Julie Sorcek on flute (and saxophone), Mickey Koth on fiddle, and Robert Messore on guitar, they play for barn and family dances and private events and have played for contra dance series in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Tennessee.!

    ● ROLE TERMS are: "Ladies & Gents" (or Women & Men) but dancers are welcome to choose whatever role that they are comfortable with! ● CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR: Just bring, clean shoes to dance in to preserve the floor (no high heels please). Dress is comfortable and as you like.

    ● PARKING: Plenty of free parking in the large parking area in front of the building!
