Gallery 53 is delighted to welcome the Women Photographers of Connecticut to Gallery 53 for their fifth exhibit! Women Photographers of Connecticut is a Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1390069517983569) with over 2,000 members dedicated to "all the WOMEN photographers of Connecticut who enjoy their passion or hobby for photography" whose goal is to create a supportive and positive environment for members to share their work. With this exhibit, the group leaps off the screen and into the gallery with an exhibit of over 30 images.
Come to Gallery 53 in Downtown Meriden from 12:00 - 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 2nd, for the opening reception of this outstanding exhibit. The reception is open to the public and is a wonderful opportunity to meet the photographers, view a beautiful, eclectic collection of photographs - and possibly buy one for your home or office.
Park for FREE directly across the street at the Parking Garage at 24 Colony Street. Be sure to check out the G53 Gift Shop, a year-round gift shop featuring hundreds of handmade items created by local artisans.
