He built a solid career as a comic and headlines shows across country. This veteran comedian knows his stuff. His diverse material brings people together all over the world, in the name of comedy. He is the ‘father’ of the “Father & Sons Comedy Tour” (along with his sons Hunter Kelly, Joshua Kelly & Isiah Kelly. He’s made his mark as one of the funniest comics to hit the stage. Russell Simmons calls him the “Black Jackie Gleason” and with his brand of comedy he’s guaranteed to make you a believer in the healing powers of laughter. Kelly has hosted and opened for various iconic comedians & musical artists which include Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Steve Harvey and the late, great, Bernie Mac; Mariah Carey, New Edition, Boys II Men and more. On film and television, he has appeared on America’s Got Talent (along with his phenom son, Lil Hunter Kelly), NBC’s Last Comic Standing S8, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, Comedy Central, and Showtime at the Apollo, BET’s Comic View, Conan O’Brien Show and Chocolate Sundaes [hosted by Tommy Davidson]. He also had a stand-up special on Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud network. His movies include, The Other Brother, Death of a Dynasty, Cookout 2 and Budz House as well as Budz House Backstage [featuring Kevin Hart]. In addition to Kelly’s roles on the screen, stage, and radio, he finds the time to be active in the community. Gerald donates his time to the betterment of youth development programs in inner cities, as well as supports unhoused communities, with his “Stand Up for the Homeless” initiative. Gerald loves making a difference with his laughter and his love for people. Phillip Anthony is a diverse comedian and co-founder of Laughing Latinos Comedy. In his first year as a comedian, Phillip was ranked one of the Top 10 Funniest Comics on the East Coast and winner of Clash of the Comics at the Hartford Funny Bone. Since then Phillip has taken some of the biggest stages on the East Coast, including Springfield Symphony Hall where he hosted the Netflix “Truth Hurts” tour featuring Willie Barcena and Steven Michael Quezada, Phillip Anthony has performed at casinos like Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun (Comix and Cabaret Theater) and Atlantic City’s Taj Mahal as well as world renowned Comedy Clubs like DANGERFIELD’S, BROADWAY COMEDY CLUB, LEVITY LIVE, HELIUM in Philly, FUNNY BONE (Manchester and Syracuse), BREW HA HA in Hartford, COMIC STRIP LIVE and many more.
