Free Meditation in the Park
Meditate in the Park, hosted by Odiyana Center, at Elizabeth Park, West Hartford, on Saturday, August 26th, at 10am. Everyone is welcome to join this outdoor meditation near the Rose Garden. Enjoy a simple, brief guided meditation and a short talk on how to keep a peaceful mind in daily life. Please bring a chair or blanket. Everyone is welcome (including kids and pets!).
