Free Meditation in the Park: Friday Evening Series beginning 9/11 - 10/23, 6-6:30pm at Elizabeth Park, West Hartford (near the Rose Garden). Hosted by Odiyana Buddhist Center. Enjoy a brief guided meditation and short talk on how to keep a peaceful mind in daily life. Bring a chair or blanket. Everyone is welcome (including kids and pets!) No cost.
