This Event has Passed
The class combines the best of both traditions---Hatha postures will incorporate breath work and vinyasa flow to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. With a focus on finding harmony through awareness and mindful movement, you will deepen your practice and gain a strong sense of well-being, rejuvenation, and mental clarity. Modifications will be provided as needed to adapt the practice to various ability levels. Class will be held on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 PM beginning April 2nd. Open to residents and non-residents.
