This year’s theme is Building Community and Making Connections. Through discussion with Ben Philippe, the author of The Field Guide to the North American Teenager, expert-led conversations, and engaging activities, attendees educate and empower themselves. Teens use technology to create community-awareness billboard designs. The winning billboard will be displayed across York County.
