Susquehanna Chorale Children's and Youth Auditions
The Susquehanna Chorale Educational Outreach Program invites young singers to audition for the 2026-2027 season. Auditions are by appointment and have been scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 6:00 p.m. start time at Grantham Brethren in Christ Church, Saturday, June 6, 1:00 start time, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Hershey, and Tuesday, June 30, 6:00 p.m. start time, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Hershey.
Students in grades 4 through 8 may audition for the Susquehanna Children’s Chorale, while students in Grades 9 through the first year of college may audition for the Susquehanna Alta Voce Chorale and/or the Susquehanna Youth Chorale.
This year’s program is being held at the Central Dauphin East High School. The program provides a positive, nurturing environment in which children and youth can develop their full potential as choral singers. Students gain important music skills in sight-singing and vocal technique, performing challenging repertoire representing a variety of musical eras and styles. Scholarships are available to offset tuition.
