This Event has Passed
This 30-minute class uses the TRX Suspension Training system for functional training. We'll use your body weight to help build strength and balance on the suspension trainer. This class will challenge the core, cardio, flexibility, and strength all at the same time. The TRX workout is an effective full-body workout and always a good time!
