AARP Tax-Aide Program On The Harrisburg West Shore. The AARP Tax Aide program will again be preparing tax returns at no charge at four locations on the West Shore. All are welcome to use this service, especially the elderly and needy. Trained volunteers will prepare federal, state and local tax returns beginning on Feb. 5 through April 11.
