Rock Out Hunger
One night a year, the Upstate gathers to Rock Out Hunger with Loaves & Fishes. Loaves & Fishes’ annual benefit concert, Rock Out Hunger, features a live musical performance by The Ordinary Boys and an evening of music and community which serves to raise awareness of the over 60,000 people in Greenville County experiencing food insecurity.
Funds raised through Rock Out Hunger support Loaves & Fishes’ efforts to rescue fresh, healthy surplus food all year long and distribute it to over 100 agencies who are serving people in need in our community. From shelters, low-income housing, and Veterans centers to Greenville County Schools, food pantries, and many others, Loaves & Fishes distributes enough surplus food annually to serve over 2 million meals.
