Portrait of Converse: An Evening of Art and Impact
Guests will have the opportunity to experience and learn more about the artists and their work while celebrating Converse’s longstanding commitment to the arts, creativity, and the transformative power of education. Artwork featured in the auction has been generously donated to Converse University by participating artists, with 100% of the auction proceeds benefiting the Converse Fund, which supports the people, programs, and places that make the Converse experience possible.
Among the featured pieces is a beautiful portrait of Converse’s Wilson Hall by local artist Alix Refshauge. The original, owned by Converse University, will be available for bidding during the event. Signed prints of Alix’s beautifully rendered portrait will also be available for purchase throughout the evening.
