Heal The Waters Ceremony
Water is our source of life and is the source of life for every living being. Did you know that the Great Lakes (which we are blessed to live amongst) provides the United States with 90% of our fresh water; and provides 20% of the WORLD with its fresh water? Our waters are faced with corporate takeovers, dangerous levels of pollution and warming temperatures. These lead to loss of life, drought conditions, floods, poisoning, and loss of other valuable resources. This ceremony is a secular, yet spiritual way to recognize the importance of water in our lives, to give gratitude for its richness and to intentionally do better with our choices and use of this valuable gift we are freely given. A local Heal the Waters Ceremony will be held at Sunset Park in Kimberly along the Fox River. Consider attending this event, or plan one of your own. Ceremonies can be big or small, public or private and are being held all over the world. Help us create a wave of awareness and respect for the waters of our Sacred Earth by attending or hosting a ceremony of your own!
