Sound of Silent Film Festival
Access Contemporary Music's Sound of Silent Film Festival, now in its 17th year, features newly composed scores performed live to short modern silent films from around the world.
We're thrilled to be moving back to the Music Box Theater for this all-new program! Ten films were chosen from hundreds of submissions and all will be screened in silence with a new musical score performed live by our wonderful musicians.
This year's program includes two comedies, a dark comedy, three dramas, a dance film, one experimental short, an homage to classic cinema and one you just have to see.
